The Bean Chronicles

The Bean Chronicles is a fast paced, crazy, rather buggy 4 player split-screen first person shooter. Grapple, slice, spray and shoot your way to victory!

The primary inspiration for this game is Halo, (if it wasn't already obvious) specifically Halos 1 and 3. I loved the simplicity in the movement and the shooting, as well as the arcade-style gameplay loop of it all. So I tried to recreate this concept, but with some more fun gimmicks added in. Basically all the cool stuff. A Grapple-Sword from Karlson, sliding from Titanfall, a jetpack from Reach, and wallrunning also in testing.

There's no online multiplayer, however you can hijack the steam remote play together system to play remotely with friends.

You can navigate the UI with a controller or mouse, however mouse is recommended; that said you can only use controllers in the main game itself.

There are a variety of guns with three skins to choose from, and all of the weapons can be accessed and customized via the main menu.

The only currently operational gamemode is Slayer, but Capture-the-Flag and Infection should both be coming soon!
